What is SHERWOOD?
SHERWOOD is a meme token built around the Robinhood Chain narrative — a hooded cyber-robin
representing retail power, tokenized assets, and finance moving onchain. It was concepted
with ChatGPT in a single AI session (see the Origin section for the receipts).
Is SHERWOOD affiliated with Robinhood?
No. SHERWOOD is an independent, community meme project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by,
or sponsored by Robinhood or Robinhood Chain unless officially stated. The robin is a tribute
to the narrative, not a claim of partnership.
How do I buy?
SHERWOOD launches publicly on noxa.fun. When the token is live, the official contract address
will be published on this site, on X, and in Telegram. Trust only those official links —
anything else claiming to be Sherwood before then is fake.
What are the tokenomics?
Total supply is 1,000,000,000 SHERWOOD. 70% (700M) goes to the public fair launch on noxa.fun.
30% (300M) sits in a transparent growth treasury with disclosed wallets, split across marketing,
KOL and community growth, CEX listings, community rewards, and operations. There is no presale,
no VC allocation, and no team allocation.
What is the burn clause?
The community holds the match: by community vote, up to 75% of the growth treasury —
up to 225,000,000 SHERWOOD — can be permanently burned. Vote details will be announced
in the official community channels.
Is this financial advice?
No. SHERWOOD is a meme coin. Meme coins are extremely volatile and can go to zero.
Nothing on this site is financial advice — never risk money you can't afford to lose.
